
Wellness wasn’t something I discovered overnight—it was built over decades of real experience on the gym floor, in coaching rooms, and through the lives of the people I’ve worked with. With more than 25 years in the fitness and wellness industry, I’ve seen what truly works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to sustainable health.
My journey began as a personal trainer and spinning instructor and later evolved into leadership as a General Manager at GoodLife Fitness, Canada, where I coached and guided hundreds of individuals toward stronger bodies, better movement, and greater confidence.
Over time, one truth became clear to me: exercise alone isn’t enough. Lasting change happens when movement, nutrition, and lifestyle work together.
The realization led to deepen my education in holistic nutrition. Today, as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and CAHN-Pro member, I bring a refined, integrated approach to wellness—one that focuses on energy, digestion, weight balance, skin and hair health, mobility, and long-term vitality. My philosophy is simple: real food, purposeful movement, and habits that fit into everyday life.
